Proving the addage that you are never too old to learn, Josephine Herman went for her first every trip in a Kayak. Josephine will be 68 in a couple weeks and is living with Vascular Dementia proving that living with dementia does not necessarily mean sitting in a chair in a LTC facility. Some people can continue to live life to the fullest if they maintain a good attitude, eat a good diet, exercise and keep active physically and socially and receive good medical attention.
