Dear Editor:
A while back, I burst a tire on my car while trying to manoeuvre through the potholes on Wellington Road. To my consternation, when I checked with the management of 416 Tire, not only did they have to replace the damaged front tire, no, they had to replace both tires. Thanks to Wellington’s Third World condition, I spent $445 that day.
The least the Municipality could do is set aside a reimbursement fund for pothole incidents. Ottawa has a similar fund. And while you’re at it, you could lower water rates.
Then, all would be just fine in the Kingdom of Kemptville.
