Dear Editor,
Regarding the development on Jack and Joseph Streets and also Reuben Street. The Mayor and Council chose to shortcut the rezoning of these small enclaves. It would have no financial affect on the Mayor and members of council to refuse to consider these apartment buildings. In other words, rather than treating the ratepayers with understanding and respect, they have chosen to provide the developers with a FAVOUR. Is a favour for a favour an indictable offence according to the municipal act? Do Clark and Ford have the right to change their own laws?
