LA Group, a leading provider in custom homes and renovations, is giving back to the community with a donation of commercial kitchen equipment to the House of Lazarus.
The restaurant-grade kitchen equipment, valued at over $10,000, will be used at the Food Bank at the House of Lazarus.
Gilles Brisebois, CEO of LA Group, has been renovating homes, putting on additions, and building custom homes in the greater Kemptville area for over 30 years. Community has always played a huge role in everything Gilles does.
“We are humbled by the LA Group’s generous donation of commercial kitchen equipment. This equipment is going to have an incredible impact on House of Lazarus.
It is our hope that, in the future, this equipment will allow us to offer cooking and baking lessons to our clients and community, to help us feed more people in the community through our outreach programs (like our take-out and dinner on the house meals) and perhaps provide an additional avenue for fundraising events”, says Cathy Ashby, Executive Director of the House of Lazarus.
